Holiday Extras is recruiting a Group Property Surveyor to lead the UK property strategy, sourcing new sites and optimising the current asset base. The role blends acquisition activity with asset management across a nationwide portfolio, including Airparks expansion and subletting opportunities.
You’ll be out in the market, building relationships with operators, agents and landlords, negotiating complex deals, and driving growth from the ground up.
