Divisional Mortgage Sales Director — Uncapped Commission

Just Mortgages is seeking a Divisional Sales Director to drive strategic financial services growth across the division. You will recruit, lead and develop a high performing mortgage and protection advisory team, aligning objectives with senior management and delivering profitability.

The role requires a CeMAP or CII equivalent, at least 5 years’ experience in mortgage advisory, and a track record of coaching advisers to achieve productivity and service excellence within a One Team culture.
