Remote Call Centre Advisor – Legal Services

Co-op Legal Services in Manchester is seeking Call Centre Representatives to join our team. You’ll make outbound calls to our customers to offer support and assistance on legal and financial matters, handling each call with empathy.

No prior legal experience is required as we provide full training and clear progression. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a competitive salary of £25,430 plus excellent benefits.
