Aspris Residential Children’s Home in Rossendale is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a compassionate team. You will help create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic home for young people aged 7-18 with complex emotional and behavioural needs, leading shifts and mentoring colleagues.

The role requires a full UK driving license and NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People. You will contribute to daily routines, education attendance, community activities, and reporting
