Night Support Worker – Complex Care (8pm–8am) Wiltshire

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for waking night shifts at a client’s home in Mere, Wiltshire. You will build a trusting relationship with the client, supporting him with daily living, mobility, and community outings as part of a small care team.

The role involves complex respiratory care needs and requires a driving licence for travel. Training and clinical supervision are provided to ensure confident, high-quality support.
