Lead Residential Youth Care Worker

ASPIREONE CARE LIMITED is seeking a capable Senior Residential Support Worker for our six‑place Children’s Residential Home in Stoke‑on‑Trent. You will lead shifts, support a team and deliver safe, nurturing care for up to six young people, ensuring safeguarding and high-quality outcomes.

You’ll work to plans and policies, supervise staff, maintain records and collaborate with families, social workers and education providers to support each young person’s goals.
