Assistant Nursery Manager: Lead & Develop Early Years Team

Protocol Education is recruiting for an Assistant Nursery Manager to join a welcoming and well-established nursery in LS28. You will support the Nursery Manager, lead a staff team, and help deliver high-quality care, education, and safeguarding in line with the EYFS.

The role requires Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above) and proven nursery leadership experience. A proactive, engaging leader who can coach staff and build strong relationships with families will thrive in this position.
