Part-Time Care Navigator & Receptionist — GP Practice

Old Swan Health Centre Group Practice is seeking a part-time Care Navigator/Receptionist to join our busy team, 20 hours per week. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, appointments and general inquiries with excellent telephone manners.

Training will be provided; previous GP or office experience is beneficial. The role requires strong IT, communication and customer service skills and a passion for delivering patient care in a fast-paced environment.
