Environmental Health Officer — Food Safety & Inspections

Coventry City Council is seeking an Environmental Health Officer to join the Food and Safety Team within Regulatory Services. You will enforce relevant legislation, educate businesses and the public, and operate under the Principal EHO – Food and Safety to improve standards across the city.

The post is a 24-month fixed-term role with flexible working practices and no sponsorship; Right to Work in the UK required. Applicants should be experienced EH practitioners with strong enforcement skills.
