Female Care & Support Worker – 24/7 Assistance

The Action Group is seeking a Support Worker (Female only) to provide 24/7 support, oversee care plans and ensure high standards of person-centred care. You will work under the Practice and Wellbeing Leader, supporting individuals to develop skills, independence and community participation.

Role requires PVG disclosure and SSSC registration, with visa sponsorship not available. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends as needed; sleepovers may be required.
