Job Description:
Osprey Court Care Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN to deliver high-quality, clinically led care. You will assess needs, create and review care plans, administer medications, and monitor health changes. As shift lead you will guide the team, make clinical decisions and ensure safe, person-centred care at all times.
Full time and part time contracts are available, with ongoing training and progression opportunities within Care Concern Group.
