Desistance & Wellbeing Practitioner — Prison Rehab

The Forward Trust is seeking a More Than My Past Practitioner to join the Connections Team at HMP Millsike. This full-time role focuses on delivering one-to-one support and wellbeing workshops to promote positive change and resilience for people in custody.

You will work within Health & Wellbeing services alongside prison staff, healthcare professionals and partners, helping to create a recovery-focused environment and supporting activities across evenings and weekends. DBS checks apply.
