Part-Time In-Home Support & Community Access Worker

Westcountry Case Management Ltd is seeking a Part Time Support Worker to assist a gentleman with a brain injury in Ashburton. The role includes admin and domestic support, helping access the community, and participating in social and leisure activities, gym and hydrotherapy programmes to promote independence.

Requirements include prior care experience, a full driving licence and own car. DBS disclosure is required, and interviews may be held via Zoom/Teams/Skype.
