Nursing Associate – Mental Health Frontline Care

The Isle of Wight NHS Trust is seeking a registered Nursing Associate to work within Mental Health Services. You will practise in accordance with the NMC Code and Trust policies, supporting patients at home and in local services to improve care closer to where people live.

You will undertake risk assessments, refer as needed, and collaborate with patients, carers and partner agencies to ensure safe, effective care.
