Primary Care Assistant Practitioner – Hands-on Nursing

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Practice Nurse/AKP for a seven-month fixed-term role in primary care. You will support Practice patients under supervision, perform routine diagnostics and promote health education as part of integrated care in London.

The post requires a Healthcare qualification (BTEC/NVQ) and experience in primary care, with vaccination duties possible if trained. GBP salary per Agenda for Change, Band 4.
