Waking Nights Children’s Residential Care Worker

Paragon Social Care Limited is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker for our Crook, County Durham residential home. This full-time role focuses on supporting children and young people who may have experienced trauma, providing a safe, nurturing environment and consistent care.

You will build trusting relationships, manage day-to-day routines, and work with a care team to follow care plans and safeguarding policies. A driving licence is desirable for this role.
