Hybrid Community Assessment Officer – Fixed-Term (1 Year)

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking a Community Assessment Officer to join our First Response Team on two 12-month fixed-term posts. You will assess, review and support plans for adults, working across health and housing partners.

The role requires knowledge of The Care Act 2014, care management skills, and the ability to build links with colleagues and service users. It is offered on a hybrid basis with probation and potential for progression within our inclusive council.
