KS1 Teaching Assistant — Phonics & Reading Support

Philosophy Education LTD. is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hounslow. The role supports pupils across KS1, including delivery of Little Wandle phonics sessions, with an ASAP start and hours 07:50-15:50, Monday to Friday.

You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning, reading and early writing, encourage confidence and positive behaviour, and help create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment throughout the school day.
