Fair Ways is recruiting a Team Leader for a residential children’s home in Portchester. The role involves leading a staff team, managing shifts, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of young people aged 12–18.
You will work on a rolling 2 on/4 off rota with early starts, provide supervision, and develop staff to deliver trauma-informed care. A driving licence, access to a car, and DBS clearance are essential.
