Reception Teaching Assistant: EYFS to Year 1 Support

Smile Education is seeking a dedicated Reception Teaching Assistant in Birmingham to support pupils transitioning from EYFS to Key Stage 1. The role starts ASAP in a welcoming primary school focused on nurturing confidence and a love of learning.

The ideal candidate will have EYFS experience, strong references, and a caring, adaptable approach. You will support interventions, contribute to an inclusive environment, and collaborate closely with teaching staff and the SENCO.
