Domiciliary Care Manager – Growth & Compliance (NI)

Olive Recruit is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead domiciliary and supported living services across Northern Ireland. You will be accountable for performance, compliance with RQIA, occupancy targets, and service development.

The role requires active NISCC registration, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a full UK driving licence. 40 hours per week, salary £35,000-£40,000.
