Youth Residential Care Worker – Sleep-In Role

Skycare is seeking a Residential Childcare Support Worker to support children in West Yorkshire (Featherstone, Pontefract, Castleford, Wakefield). The role involves sleep-in nights, shift work, and liaising with families to support daily routines and development.

Applicants should have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, a full UK driving licence (preferred), and be prepared to undertake enhanced DBS checks.
