Job Description:
Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join Chertsey Parklands Care Home on a fixed-term basis during maternity leave. You will act as person in charge, stepping in for the manager when required, and ensure high standards of care for residents.
You will distribute medications, manage chronic conditions, supervise staff, and keep families and GP informed about changes in residents’ conditions. The role requires NMC registration and 2+ years’ experience.
