Home Care Team Leader – Lead & Support

Radis Community Care invites experienced care professionals to lead a team at Stirchley House Extra Care scheme in Telford. As Team Leader you will supervise care workers, allocate visits, and help ensure personalised care for each resident while promoting independence.

You will support service users with daily living tasks, contribute to care plans, and work within the community. An Enhanced DBS is required, and a driving licence is advantageous.
