Community Mental Health Recovery Navigator

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is recruiting a Primary Care Network (PCN) Recovery Worker to join our Norfolk services. The role involves supporting adults 14+ with mental health needs across GP surgeries and community venues, with lone-working and travel across the locality.

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. You will work with partners to connect clients to Hub-based and Wellbeing services, promoting recovery principles and reducing GP re-presentations.
