Positive Behaviour Mentor – Secondary School

Wayman Education is working with a Secondary School in Milton Keynes to recruit a dedicated Behaviour Mentor. The successful candidate will support pupils to develop positive behaviour, engage with learning and build constructive relationships with staff and peers.

You will work alongside teaching staff, pastoral colleagues and leaders to support pupils who may have difficulties with behaviour, attendance or emotional regulation.
