Maintenance Engineer

Based Marylebone London

Monday to Friday 1pm – 10pm, 1 Saturday a month 8am – 5pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Undertake standard PPMs, including but not limited to: flushing, tap temps, POU water heater servicing, expansion vessel checks, calorifier checks, FCU servicing, DB board inspections, weekly tests and emergency light checks
• General handyman tasks across the client’s floors
• Room furniture setups for meetings and events
• Porterage duties as required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 18th Edition
• Legionella awareness trained
• IPAF & PASMA
• IOSH certified
• Simmtronic lighting system trained
