Credit Controller & Collections Specialist

Proactive Personnel Ltd is seeking a Credit Controller in the United Kingdom. You will manage customer accounts, oversee the sales ledger, and contact customers about outstanding payments.

You will follow up overdue accounts, set up payment plans as needed, and resolve account queries to maintain strong customer relationships. The role requires experience in credit control or accounts receivable, strong numeracy and communication skills, and good Excel proficiency; SAP experience is desirable.
