Disclosures Officer – Information Governance & Records

We are the Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW) based in Newcastle upon Tyne. We are seeking a Band 3 Disclosures Officer to join the Disclosures Team at St Nicholas Hospital.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a focus on data protection and information disclosure processes. The ideal candidate will have NHS experience, strong IT skills, knowledge of DPA/GDPR/FoIA and RiO, and be able to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality
