Part-Time Scheme Housing Officer: Senior Living Support

Southern Housing is seeking a compassionate Scheme Housing Officer to support older residents across Isle of Wight schemes. This part-time role (20 hours per week, 9am–1pm, Monday to Friday) focuses on safe, well-maintained, welcoming homes and hands-on tenancy management.

You will conduct welfare checks, safeguard as required, engage residents and coordinate with colleagues, contractors and external partners to promote wellbeing and excellent customer service.
