Manufacturing HR Advisor — People, Policies & Impact

Workforce Staffing is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor for a manufacturing business in Droitwich. The role is hands-on generalist HR, covering employee lifecycle, administration, ER, probation management, and policy compliance, working closely with managers to deliver solid HR support.

This hybrid role requires CIPD level 3 or 5 (or working towards), strong knowledge of UK employment law, and experience using HRIS and MS Office.
