Education HR Partner for Schools — Safer Recruitment Expert

Education Experts is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a Coventry, West Midlands role supporting a group of local primary schools. The position is full-time with a six-month minimum commitment and a Monday–Friday pattern, 8am–4pm, with a shorter Friday finish.

Travel to sites within the area is expected. You will bring strong Safer Recruitment and SCR knowledge and a solid understanding of teachers’ terms and conditions, plus experience with recruitment, onboarding, and payroll
