School HR Officer — Flexible & Term-Time Options

MyNewTerm is seeking an organized HR Officer to support the Trust’s three schools with people and HR functions. You will be involved in recruitment, safer recruitment, maintaining personnel records and ensuring employment documentation is completed promptly and in line with requirements.

You will provide guidance on HR policies, support managers with employee relations, and help foster a positive, inclusive working environment.
