HR Generalist: Recruitment, Payroll & Compliance

gov is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Officer to provide a confidential, comprehensive HR service across general HR disciplines in Jersey. You will work with the Chief People and Culture Officer on recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, retention, wellbeing, absence management, performance and employee relations, plus diversity and inclusion.

You will handle HR administration, maintain records, HR system processing, produce management information, and support payroll input.
