Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker for SEN school settings in Hampshire. You will help pupils aged 7–16 with complex needs with emotional wellbeing, behaviour and engagement, working alongside teachers and LSAs.
The role involves 1:1 mentoring, de-escalation of behaviours, and fostering routines in a supportive environment. Full-time hours, with safeguarding checks and DBS required, and pay at £15.70 per hour.
