Job Description:
Nationwide is recruiting for a Customer Support Associate in the Financial Care Team to assist customers facing financial difficulties. The role is predominantly telephone-based, requiring exceptional listening, empathy and rapport-building to identify suitable support options.
You will work a 35-hour week with shifts between 8am–7pm, Monday to Friday, in a hybrid setup across UK offices including Leeds, Glasgow and Newcastle.
