Housing Repairs Admin & Customer Care Specialist

Northumberland County Council is seeking a Reactive Repairs Support Officer to join our Housing Maintenance Service on a temporary Staff Bank basis for up to six months at Blyth.

You will process housing disrepair claim administration, handle customer enquiries, raise purchase orders, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records in line with council procedures. The role is fast-paced and customer-focused with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely responses.
