Job Description:
IC24 is seeking an IT Support Analyst to keep our systems running and provide remote and on‑site support across contact centres, offices and clinical bases. You’ll troubleshoot daily IT issues, support telephony, monitor infrastructure and contribute to new technology projects, while delivering excellent customer service and clear communication.
You will be involved in a wide range of work, from assisting clinicians with access to systems to coordinating with suppliers.
