The Works Stores Ltd. is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager for an 18 hour contract in Chesham. You will support the Store Manager to lead the team, drive customer experience, and ensure smooth operations across stock, merchandising, and compliance.
You’ll coach teammates, take ownership in absence of the Store Manager, and help recruit and train new staff while maintaining health, safety and loss prevention standards.
