Assistant Pub Manager: Lead, Inspire & Grow Toward GM

Marston’s Plc is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a pub team and step up when the General Manager isn’t available. You will drive guest experiences, manage shifts, and uphold our people-first values in a busy branded environment.

You will support the GM to hit KPIs, inspire the team on every shift, and ensure smooth operations when deputising for the GM. A proven track record in a similar role is preferred.
