Customer Services Advisor in Logistics – Felixstowe Location: Felixstowe Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Salary: £30,000 Contract: Temp – Perm Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email,
• and in person Accurately process orders, bookings, and customer
• requests Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and
• professionally Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure
• smooth service delivery Maintain up-to-date records and documentation Identify opportunities to improve processes, sales and
• customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, or
• administration role (ideally within logistics or transport) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Confident using IT systems (MS Office, email, CRM systems,
• etc.) Ability to work as part of a team and independently Flexible and adaptable approach to work
