Calcination Plant Operator – 12h Shifts, Path to Level 2

Knauf UK & Ireland is recruiting a Mobile Plant Operator – Calcination Level 1 at Sittingbourne. You will operate the Calcination plant on 12-hour shifts (two days, two nights, six days off) and perform basic maintenance, quality checks, and shift handovers to ensure safe, efficient production.

Role offers progression toward a Level 2 MPO Calcination position as skills develop, with a proactive commitment to safety and continuous improvement within a values-led culture.
