Frontline Customer Service Officer – 18-Month FTC

Staffordshire County Council invites applications for an 18 month fixed term contract in Corporate Operations, based in Burton. This role is 22 hours across three days (Wed, Thu, Fri) and office-based to support children and families.

You will greet visitors, answer calls, signpost queries, process simple financial transactions, and support health and safety in the office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organisation, flexibility, and a commitment to customer service.
