Reablement Scheduler – Coordinate Life-Changing Home Visits

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a proactive Scheduler for the Reablement Service in Northamptonshire. The role is fixed-term until 15 November 2027 and office-based at Ecton Brook (NN3), 33.5 hours per week with a 4-week rolling rota and alternate weekends.

You will coordinate staff rotas, allocate visits, respond to service changes and ensure resources are used efficiently. Training is provided and the role requires strong organisation and communication skills in a busy environment.
