Wiltshire Farm Foods is seeking a part-time Customer Services Advisor in Nottingham to handle phone and online orders for elderly customers, with shifts Monday and Friday 9am–5pm, totaling 15 hours per week. You will be the friendly, caring voice, taking orders, making courtesy outbound calls, assisting drivers, and ensuring customers know how to cook, store and reorder meals.
Training will cover our systems and promotions.
