Shift Manager – Lead Store & Delight Customers

Greggs Kingsway Dundee is seeking a Shift Manager to join the Retail North team. You’ll be part of the management group, covering for the Manager when absent, and you’ll lead and motivate colleagues to deliver great customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru.

Typical shifts include inspiring the team, serving customers quickly and warmly, preparing products, stocking displays, and keeping the shop tidy.
