Planning Validation Specialist — Office-Based

Pertemps Bond is seeking a Validation Planning Technician to join our Birmingham-based Professional Services team. This fully office-based role focuses on validating planning applications and ensuring submissions meet local and national requirements with tight turnaround times.

You will review documents, liaise with applicants and stakeholders, perform basic GIS checks, and maintain records, all while working to clear KPIs in a busy environment. Training is provided.
