Factory Production Line Supervisor

PS Limited are currently recruiting for a Production Line Supervisor on behalf of a long-standing client in the food manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the wash line to ensure smooth, efficient operation
• Lead a team of production operatives on shift
• Monitor workflow and resolve any production issues
• Set shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off (no nights)
• Supportive working environment
• Opportunity for internal progression and skill development

Schedule:

Day shift: 07:0 – 18:00

4 on / 4 off (includes weekends as per rota)
