TradePoint Customer Advisor (Part-Time)

B&Q Coventry Brandon Road is hiring a TradePoint Customer Advisor on a part-time 15-hour week for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You’ll engage TradePoint members, listen to their needs, and upsell the right products and services.

You’ll work a rota across 7.00am–10.00pm, Monday to Sunday, including weekends and bank holidays. The role includes a competitive hourly rate and on-site duties at Brandon Road.
