Operations Support Agent — Evening Shift & Growth

GBD FedEx Express UK Transportation Limited is hiring an Operations Support Agent to join our Cannock team. You will handle customer inquiries, route urgent packages, and update the in-house tracking system with accurate data.

Working hours are Mon–Fri, 14:00–22:30 (40 hours per week) with premium pay for late-night hours. The role requires clear communication, timely decision making, and reliability. Training and career development are provided as part of our FedEx commitment.
